The member database is a downloaded spreadsheet file.  After download,  double click the file and it should open.

The link should take you to a Orange DOX site where you enter the password.  It is the same password we have used in the past.  The Orange DOX page then serves a link to the database.  In exchange for it being free, there may be advertisements visible to you.
