Reunion Group Chair
Standing Committee
TERM:
Two years ending June 30th of odd years.
PURPOSE:
To act as a volunteer member of Secretariat, responsible to the President, and in accordance with the directives of Tres Dias Cleveland as prescribed by the By-Laws, The Executive Board and/or Sec to oversee and coordinate Reunion Groups.
GOALS:
- Regularly attend monthly Secuelas and Secretariat meetings
- Attend Annual and Special Board of Directors meetings
- Attend Essential Training Workshop when offered, no more than once every three years
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Keep updated list of the reunion groups within the community, its members, status, etc
- Organize Reunion Group placement for new pescadores following the weekends
- Assist in the matching of individuals to existing Reunion Groups and/or assist individuals in creating new groups
- Encourage and facilitate participation in Reunion Groups through communication via Seculas, Website and Newsletter

You will be able to learn more by attending Secuelas, reading the Tres Dias Blast e-mails as well as the monthly newsletter or attend secretariat meetings.
