Inventory Chair
Standing Committee
TERM:
Two years ending June 30th of even years.
PURPOSE:
To act as a volunteer member of Secretariat, responsible to the President, and in accordance with the goals and directives of Tres Dias-Cleveland as prescribed by the By-Laws, The Executive Board and/or Secretariat; maintain and coordinate all weekend supplies.
GOALS:
To be a servant leader for fulfilling the mission of Tres Dias—Cleveland; oversee and maintain required weekend supplies; keep records of the inventory.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Regularly attend monthly Secretariat meetings
- Attend Annual and Special Board of Director meetings
- Attend Weekend Training Workshop when offered, no more than once every three years
- Maintain records of weekend supplies throughout the year
- Work with the Weekend Chairperson to determine supplies needed for the weekend, and order supplies as needed
- Store the Tres Dias Cleveland supplies
